Welcome! I am an ornithologist and evolutionary biologist with a background in field biology, natural history, and museum-based research. I am passionate about teaching, conservation, and sharing the wondrous world of birds with students of all ages.

I earned my BS in Biological Sciences from Cornell University in 2012, my MS in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation from the University of Florida in 2018, and my PhD in Organismal and Evolutionary Biology from Harvard University in 2025.
